Who formats your book?
Clean Page Press is a book formatting service. A production team formats the books, and a person answers every message. The company behind it is DistroCode LLC, registered in Michigan. Clean Page Press was founded by Mugees Ahmed, who you can find on Facebook. We also edit manuscripts and build author websites in WordPress. For launch week we write a launch plan dated to your launch day and make a graphics kit from your cover.

Is your book still yours?
Yes. You keep the rights, the royalties, your KDP account and every file we make. We never take a percentage, never need your login and never sell copyright filing or ISBNs. You upload the files yourself with our step-by-step guide, and there is no screen share.
- You keep 100% of the rights to your book, and every file we make for it.
- You keep 100% of your royalties. We never take a percentage, now or later.
- You own your KDP account and every login. You upload the files to your own KDP account with our step-by-step guide. If you want the description, keywords and categories written too, that is KDP upload and listing prep. We never need your login, and there is no screen share.
- We never sell copyright filing, ISBNs or "marketing results". If you want a copyright or an ISBN, we point you to the official route and you buy it yourself.
- Apart from add-ons you choose, only length changes a price: $25 for each started 10,000 words over 80,000.

Not affiliated with Amazon. Kindle Direct Publishing and KDP are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We work from KDP's public help pages and check every file in Kindle Previewer and against KDP's print specs before you see it.
What do we check before you see a file?
We check every page size, every margin and every font, measured on the PDF itself. We work from KDP's public help pages and its print specs. You see a file only after that check. Our Gatsby sample book check ran on October 11, 2026, at 300 dpi.
Every paperback interior we send gets this check, and every ebook gets a Kindle Previewer check with screenshots. If KDP has already rejected a file, the KDP rejected file fix starts with a free diagnosis.
This is a page of the check file from our Gatsby sample book. Public-domain text, formatted by us.
